**Ship days are Monday and Tuesday beginning of the week to ensure you receive your package on or before the weekend** Buns are shipped with ice packs to help keep cool during transit. Made without preservatives, they're a fresh bread product. Pop them into your fridge or freezer upon arrival and save for later! We are re-packaging this product out of a professional and licensed kitchen in Northwest Indiana. In the box are 1 dozen bao buns, will arrive in a vacuum sealed bag for freshness. All you need to do is open the bag, give them a quick spritz with pan spray and steam them in a bamboo steamer for about 6-8 minutes or pop into the microwave in a moist napkin or towel for about 15-20 seconds and BOOM, they're ready to stuff and enjoy. *Listing is for bao buns only, no fillings* We are packing them in insulated box liners and a freezer gel pack, both of which are environment friendly! Do not assume they need to be prepared with just Asian ingredients. We have made these in all types of ways. Stuff with: scrambled eggs, cheddar and bacon pulled pork, bbq sauce, mayo and crispy onions ground beef, pickle, onion, tomato and cheddar buffalo chicken, ranch and pickles beef, mozzarella, giardiniera deep fry and toss in cinnamon/sugar and stuff with ice cream!!
