Carriers we use but not limited to are USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for larger/heavier items (separate tracking #s are required for these). Shipping confirmations are emailed to your eBay email address. Note: We do not ship to PO box addresses currently.
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states and ship within 2 business days of payment, usually sooner. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

30-day return policy (items must be returned in original package, unopened, unused). Buyer remorse, altered/or used items may be subject up to a 20% restocking fee. Items deemed defective please contact us within the 30 days return policy. If defective after this period, it would fall within the manufactures warranty and would go directly to them. Items deemed missing/or lost in transit from carrier, a claim must be filed. Refunds for these claims may take up to 10 business days to refund.
