This is a Craftool Pro stamp for leather work. It is a horizontal Lined Pear Shading tool used in leather carving and tooling, generally in Sheridan style although it can be used in other styles as well.  Craftool Pro stamps are made from Stainless steel, and were the higher end of Craftool stamps, very good quality.  They have been discontinued, and are becoming more difficult to find.
