Works great.  There are some signs of use and cosmetic damage, I included lots of pictures so please review them.  Overall it's in very good condition and works fine.  The screen, camera, and important parts are all very good.  The camera head does not flex a full 180-degrees or whatever Milwaukee claims.  There is nothing broken, it's just the way it works.  I think they went a little too far with the marketing.  You really have to whip the knob to get the camera head to bend the full 90-degrees to the side. Again there's nothing wrong with the item, it's just the way it's designed to work.  It's still very useful to be able to adjust the camera head so it's definitely worth it.  The monitor is detachable and wireless which is very handy when using the tool, but the wireless range is very limited to 6-12 inches because you start to get fuzzy/scrambled video.  This is simply the nature of FM modulation, again there is nothing broken, it's just the way it's designed to work.  Also to note is that the monitor has a separate internal battery that must be charged separately with a USB cable.  Maybe this internal battery is only used when the monitor is detached from the tool, I'm not sure, I was just surprised that the M12 battery doesn't charge the monitor battery.  Overall I did like the tool and it has some very useful features and works far better than other borescopes I've used.
