Microwave Cooking Instructions:
Suggested serving size is 1/2 ounce or 1/8 cup pellets (1 cup when puffed). To make 2 servings (2 cups of puffed pork rinds): Place 1/4 cup of the pork rind pellets on a paper plate and spread out. We have found that using other plates and dishes in the microwave can affect the ability of the product to cook correctly. Microwave ovens cook at different rates so you may have to adjust times. Start with a time of 2 minutes. When you cook the first batch watch the pork rinds puff thru the window of the microwave; stop the microwave when they have finished puffing.
Note this time
since it will be the timer to cook in your microwave. Let them sit for about 30 seconds after they puff to make them crunchy. Enjoy!
Baking Instructions: Now you can bake as many as you want or if you are having trouble getting good results in your microwave just bake them. Spread the amount you want to cook on a baking sheet, cook at 450° F Degrees for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven when they have finished puffing and allow to cool. After they have cooled completely you can store remainder in a zip lock bag to enjoy later. For Air Fryer set temp at 400° F for 5 minutes.
