We will never be liable to you or any other party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from, connected with, or relating to our products including but not limited to loss of data, business, markets, savings, income, profits, use, production, reputation or goodwill, anticipated or otherwise, or economic loss, under any theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory or law or equity), regardless of any negligence or other fault or wrongdoing (including without limitation gross negligence and fundamental breach).
Our seller’s liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which we, the seller, are responsible for.
OTHER TERMS:
If a shipment is lost or damaged as a result of a carrier a claim will be made. Refunds will not be given until a carrier has completed their investigation and provided us with a claim cheque. Refunds or replacement products will not be given under any circumstances until the carrier's investigation is complete.
