    Description

    For sale is a high precision XY automatic stage made by Danaher precision systems, originally designed for FTIR equipment. The unit has both axis driven by voice coil motor (VCM) on a pair of cross roller linear guides. X axis stroke 140mm, Y axis stroke 80mm, both axis have Micro-E Mercury 3000 encoders with sub-micron resolution.
