Airline filter, regulator & libricator cartridge by Ingersoll Rand

Air line cartridge-
Offered in original packaging in unused condition is an air line cartridge which I believe to be a filter, regulator, lubricator.  Box label reads "Ingersoll Rand 38328969 Fil/Reg 1/2 MOD 2000".  Body has 1/2" in-out ports, two 3/8"ones plus a 1/4" threaded female  outlet on bottom. Top is an adjustable flow or pressure control. Body marked Max 175 psi, 175 degree F.  Side of body has  sight gauge.  Looks like a quality unit in unused condition.  I would give this a tool condition rating of Exc.
