    1903 Antique Rare, Working Rogers Belt Punch Manufactured by E.C. Atkins & Co. Inc.
    Excellent Condition and in great working order - slides very easily.
    Slider works great - features a brass nob - all notch holes are accessible.
    Punch tip in excellent condition and sharp to the touch.
    It does show use - including scratches and scuffs, - this sort of use is typical and expected for a something of this age and use.
